Mexico Set, Go! Cabo Girl's Weekend April 2015

My friend Lauren and I had a great weekend in Cabo to celebrate her 30th bday! We spent a long weekend enjoying the sun and great food and drinks, and most of all some just fabulous girl time. We had such a great time and I am so thankful for Lauren's friendship.

Marina Fiesta was a great location right on the Harbor! What fun memories and such a great friend!

We are supposed to be sleeping...

Some nights I just crawl into bed, some nights I have just gone to sleep, and some nights I'm silently watching Downton Abbey when out of the blue Billy wakes up. I usually wait a little to see if he will just go back to sleep but I often go see him, and often think of how I should be asleep!

However tonight I feel like it was a sweet half hour snuggle and a little momma love that was needed, but that love that I got from Billy and our sweet time together fills my own heart to the brim. Billy is so sweet. I would do anything to make him happy... Will he ever know how happy he makes me?

Sweet Billy, I love being your Momma. I will just have some extra coffee tomorrow ;) 

10th Anniversary Cruise!

Last week Brian and I left Billy with the grandparents and went on a week long Caribbean Cruise! We celebrated being together for 10 years on Valentine's Day, and here are the pics from our travels!

Day two we had at sea, and spent time at the pool and then had a fantastic formal dinner!

Day three was in Barbados and we went snorkeling and had an awesome time looking at some sunken ships, on a beautiful beach, and then touring the island.

The next day we were in St Lucia and went deep sea fishing!

Afterward we had a fancy french lunch on the harbor, we were unable to find a "bake" at the market, but all the smells were the same as what I remember from 1994 :)

Day 5 was Antigua and we went to a gorgeous beach!

The next day was St Maarten. We went to Orient beach and it was so gorgeous! There was even a nude beach part... we did not get nude!

St croix was our last day and we went snorkeling at Buck Island. It is federally protected and incredibly gorgeous. We saw the most amazing coral reef, colorful fish, 2 squid, and a barracuda!

Vacations are good for the soul :)
