Billy's 1st Duck Game

Last year at a Duck game I felt Billy's hiccups or the first time while standing in the crowd... Such a wonderful memory :)

After making it to almost every game last year, Billy and I only made it to the last home game this year. We had a fun family day and it was neat to take Billy to Autzen Stadium!

He did so great in the Ergo carrier, through the rain and the noise even! Hopefully next year there will be less night games and we can make it to more!

 This mama did not mind cuddling him for the map either ;)

We met up with my family in the Mo at halftime and it was great to let Billy move around.

Duck fan Saturday

Today was the UO vs Mich St game and we had a very spirited day and got to have a fun play date, too :)

We also got to see Hallie today which was such a fun surprise. :)

Fiesta Bowl

We arrived in Phoenix, AZ and reunited with our college buddies for the U of O game against Kansas St. in the Fiesta Bowl. Nothing like college friends and a Duck Game!

Thanksgiving weekend

The weekend of Thanksgiving was extra fun because Brian and I got a whole 4 days together off of work. We had all sorts of fun plans! On Friday we got up early for Brian to get in line for a Black Friday deal on a new pistol, and so Friday was an early, yet successful, morning!

On Saturday, I found this Ski swap online at the Portland Expo Building where people can sell their snow gear that is lightly used and you can get gear at a steal of a deal. It was too good to be true, literally... So we got up early and made it down to Portland. Things started to look suspicious when we got to the Portland Expo CENTER and there was no one really there except for people that did not look athletic. So I pulled up the website and we found that this ski swap was in Portland, Maine. FML. We got up early for nothing! Brian was not thrilled. I laughed so hard that I cried.

We ended up finding some great deals on boots and snow shoes at Next Adventure, so it wasn't a complete bust :) we also spent the afternoon with some great friends and watched the Civil War with them and Baby Hudson. Definitely a great weekend, and only one slight mishap :)

On Sunday we took Dale to hunting school where he will be for the next 3 months. It was a tough day dropping our little guy off. I shed a few tears (lets be honest, it was more than just a few), but we know it will help him in the long run.

After that we got our Christmas tree and started getting ready for the Christmas Season. It was a busy weekend, but great to spend that time with Brian and our families! Ready for December: Birthday, Hawaii, Christmas! Bring on the next holiday!

Sun River Nursing Conference

In the beginning of September, a few of my nurse friends and I got to go to a nursing conference in beautiful Sun River. It was a great conference in a beautiful place and we learned a lot of great new information to incorporate into our practice. We got to spend some fun time together too :)

We all got matching "Nurse Themed" socks. How cute are my friends, and how cute are these socks!

Ducks vs Hawkeyes!

Sarah is one of my favorite people! I love the time we spend together :) Last weekend Brian and I had the chance to go to Eugene with our Iowa Alumni friends Sarah and CJ for a basketball game with when the Oregon Ducks played the Iowa Hawkeyes .

We had so much fun with them! It was awsome to spend time with them! Our time is always filled with so much laughter. Please notice the pretty awesome Iowa Letterman jackets!

When in Eugene, we got to see my parents as well!

So much fun! Hopefully we will have many more fun trips in the future.
